Memory manufacturer Super Talent Technology has developed a new line of green (literally and figuratively) DDR3 modules that use 38% less PCB material and 47% less packaging material than the company’s standard DDR3 DIMMs called VLP (very low profile) DDR3.

Memory maker Super Talent has just announced that they’ve managed to squeeze 32GB of NAND Flash storage into their Pico Series USB drives. Measuring 1.5-inches long and 3mm thick, the Pico Drives are built to be water resistant, with transfer speeds of up to 30MB/sec.
The new 32GB Pico Drives are available in two different packages: an $85 basic drive in three colors (C Gold, E Nickel, and E Gold), and a $99 package with Pice drives that feature AES hardware encryption for better security (also available in three colors).

Super Talent has just begun shipping a new line of stylish USB drives with a little more substance. Available in capacities that range from 16GB to a comparatively huge 128GB, the Luxio USB drives also include AES-256 hardware encryption to keep data safe from prying eyes.
