Wireless keyboards are pretty handy if you like uncluttered desktops, but they come with a glaring downside: they run out of juice eventually, so you’re regularly going to have to connect charging cables. Last year, Logitech announced a way to get around that little problem by launching the K750, a wireless keyboard that rocks several solar panels on top that allows it to work and charge continuously without having to connect a charging cable. Recently, Logitech introduced a new model for Mac users. The Wireless Solar Keyboard K750 for Mac is basically the same solar-powered animal, but redesigned with a Mac-specific keyboard layout.
When we think of portable speaker docks, we usually think of compact kits that come with rechargeable batteries and some sort of handle or travel pouch. But if anyone ever asks for a “really awesome portable speaker dock,” we’re going to think of this kit right here: Eton just unveiled the Soulra XL, a portable dock that features a relatively large 22W speaker set, a 2,000mAh lithium ion battery pack that’s rated for 5 hours of playtime, and a built-in solar panel so the fun doesn’t have to stop at 5 hours away from a power socket.
Logitech has unveiled a wireless, solar-powered keyboard that’s built to not only be free from cables, but from the regular battery-charging the average wireless keyboard would need as well. Aptly named the Wireless Solar Keyboard K750, this kit sports a line of solar panels above the keys that allow it to work without batteries or USB charging, and can store enough juice for up to four months in total darkness. Before you snicker at the thought of having to use it outside so it can charge, get this: like your desktop calculator, the K750 can be powered by indoor lighting so you don’t have to worry about sunbathing while you work.

Problem is, multimedia and gaming can drain your mobile’s battery pretty fast. Here’s a snap-on solution that can double your runtimes.
