The Nokia Lumia 900 is now available for pre-orders from Microsoft’s retail stores. For those looking to be one of the first to rock Nokia’s upcoming Windows Phone-powered flagship, a $25 deposit will let you reserve a black or cyan blue Lumia 900, which you’ll get whenever they decide to ship the phone. Final pricing and release dates haven’t been given out for the Lumia 900, but we might have a clue that we’re in for a good deal though. A previous leak mentioned that AT&T will be aggressively priced, possibly going as low as $100 with a contract when it launches in March.
A source has handed a portion of AT&T’s 2012 roadmap to BGR, mentioning a release date and a very interesting price point for the Lumia 900 that Nokia introduced earlier this month. According to the leaked info, AT&T will start shipping Nokia’s upcoming Windows-based flagship smartphone in the US in March (it’s rumored to be on the 18th) for the mouth-watering price of $99.99.
Nokia has officially unveiled the Lumia 900, their first Windows Phone for the US market. Running on Microsoft’s Windows Phone OS (Mango update), the Lumia 900 is a step up from the Lumia 800 that the company unveiled in October, with 4G LTE support and a larger 4.3-inch, 800 x 480 ClearBlack AMOLED screen.
