NEC outs Android powered LiteTouch Note netbook   nec lifetouch note

Look what Japan’s NEC recently came up with: it’s a netbook called the LiteTouch Note. While it’s pretty hard to get worked up on new netbooks these days, but this one’s different from your typical Windows/Intel Atom-powered netbook. It runs on Nvidia’s Tegra 2 processor and an Android OS, which is pretty rare. We’ve seen tablets rocking a netbook’s spec before, so this makes up the flip-side.

NEC launches two new short throw projectors   NEC NP510WSNEC has launched two new projectors along their NP Short Throw series. Named the NP510WS and the NP610WS, the two new short throw projectors are built for small rooms and are designed to use less power that their predecessors.

Designed for businesses, the EA222WMe features a LED-backlit panel that keeps the brightness while lowering power consumption by 20% and heat emissions by 61%.
