MSI has just officially launched the GE600, the 16-inch performance-geared gaming notebook that was first unveiled during last month’s CES show. Not to be confused with the GX600 (another G-series “extreme” gaming notebook they launched way back in 2008), the GE600 still packs the hardware that’s good enough for gaming on the go along with an extensive set of features for HD entertainment (which is probably what the “E” stands for).
MSI has begun shipping their new Pine Trail-based netbook, the 10-inch Wind U135 to the US. So if you’re looking for a faster netbook that runs longer away from a power socket, here’s the lowdown: The U135 will run on the new 1.66GHz Atom N450 processor that promises a battery life of up to 7.5 hours (using its standard 3-cell battery).

MSI has announced that they will be showing off several new desktops on the CES showroom floor in January. Three models have been announced: the Wind Top AP1920, an All-in-one PC built around an 18.5-inch touchscreen display, and two Wind Box Mini PCs, the DE220 and DC500.
MSI will be looking to make a splash at next month’s CES with an all-new Wind netbook, the U160. It’s still going to have a standard 10.1-inch screen, but the little details–such as a chiclet-style keyboard, a stylish, textured touchpad that’s flush with the palmrest and a new slim body–will be featured. Just like every other netbook of note that has come out lately, the U160 will also run on Intel’s new Atom N450 processor.
