Matias One Keyboard switches between desktops and an iPhone with a button Matias One Keyboard 2

Bluetooth keyboards aren’t necessarily a new thing these days, but while they can work with both desktops and mobile devices, they can only pair with one device at any one time. Accessory maker Matias has come up with a handy solution with people who work on desktops but would prefer a faster way of typing text on the iPhone without having to pick up an extra dedicated keyboard for it. Called the One Keyboard, this keyboard has a dedicated button for instantly switching between a PC or Mac and an iPhone.

Logitech outs Wireless Solar Keyboard K750 for Mac Logitech K750 Mac 2Wireless keyboards are pretty handy if you like uncluttered desktops, but they come with a glaring downside: they run out of juice eventually, so you’re regularly going to have to connect charging cables. Last year, Logitech announced a way to get around that little problem by launching the K750, a wireless keyboard that rocks several solar panels on top that allows it to work and charge continuously without having to connect a charging cable. Recently, Logitech introduced a new model for Mac users. The Wireless Solar Keyboard K750 for Mac is basically the same solar-powered animal, but redesigned with a Mac-specific keyboard layout.

Upcoming accessory adds a number pad to your Apple Wireless Keyboard LMP Keypad

Apple’s Wireless Keyboard has been nothing short of great. It has a good feel to it, it doesn’t take up much space on a desktop, and it looks awesome, thanks to the aluminum panels that perfectly matches any modern Mac. Problem is, some people still need a numeric keypad—for long-time Apple Wireless Keyboard users, that’s the area to the right of a standard keyboard. The one with the cluster of number keys. It makes for easy number-crunching, which makes for quick spreadsheet and calculator work, which makes it handy for people who always work on spreadsheets and calculators. Personally, this writer uses the numpad for a few games too. Anyway, you get the picture: Apple Wireless Keyboard: great. Lack of a numpad: not too good if you’re the type who needs one. Solution? This LMP Keypad that hooks up seamlessly to a Wireless Keyboard.

Omnio’s WOWKeys keyboard comes with an iPhone dock Omnio WOWKeys 2

A keyboard with an iPhone dock? Yeah, it’s not the most unique idea in the world (see: Asus Eee Keyboard), but it’s probably something you wouldn’t mind seeing more of if you’re an iPhone user. As you can plainly see, Omnio’s WOWKeys keyboard doesn’t have the usual numpad to the right, instead coming with a slot for an iPhone. It’s not just there to charge your phone though. When docked, the keyboard can either take control of the phone, or the phone can be used to control a PC or Mac.

Logitech announces wireless, solar powered K750 keyboard Logitech K750 keyboard b

Logitech has unveiled a wireless, solar-powered keyboard that’s built to not only be free from cables, but from the regular battery-charging the average wireless keyboard would need as well. Aptly named the Wireless Solar Keyboard K750, this kit sports a line of solar panels above the keys that allow it to work without batteries or USB charging, and can store enough juice for up to four months in total darkness. Before you snicker at the thought of having to use it outside so it can charge, get this: like your desktop calculator, the K750 can be powered by indoor lighting so you don’t have to worry about sunbathing while you work.
