HTC Golf turns up in leaked press shot   HTC Golf leaked renderPress renders of the HTC Golf just turned up early in a leak posted on PocketNow. It’s reportedly going to be an entry-level device that sits somewhere below HTC’s One series. Looking like  the One X’s shorter brother, the HTC Golf has been detailed to run on a single-core processor with a clock that’s lower than 1GHz, a 3.5-inch display that packs a 480 x 320 resolution, 512MB RAM and 4GB of integrated storage. Despite the entry-level spec, the Golf will come with Android 4.0 and HTC’s Sense 4.0 interface.

T Mobile to officially introduce HTC One S in April 18 event   htc one s t mobile invite

The recent rumor about an April 25 ship date for the HTC One S on T-Mobile doesn’t seem so rumor-y  now. T-Mobile has just sent out invitations for an HTC ONE S event on April 18, or exactly one week before the rumored release. The invite details music by Dale Earnhardt Jr. Jr., and looks to be a pretty hands-on affair.

A leaked internal training document has revealed a possible launch date – along with some extra bits of info – for the HTC One S on T-Mobile. According to the leaked screens sent to TMoNews, T-Mobile is prepping for an April 25 launch.

HTC Locations app gets updated with offline navigation feature   HTC Locations

Nokia’s Lumia phones have been lording over the Windows Phone world in terms of navigation mainly because the Nokia Drive app was pretty handy. Handy mainly for the app’s ability to get you to a location – complete with turn-by-turn voice guidance and detailed maps – without needing an active data connection. Well, this should even the field up a bit: HTC has updated their Locations app to support offline use too.

HTC One X, One S, One V to land in Europe on April 2   htc one x

HTC has announced the first few destinations for the new One series of Android-based smartphones: The HTC One X, One S, and One V will be landing in Germany, Austria and Switzerland next week, April 2nd.
