HTC has introduced a new smartphone for the European market that’s headlined by dual SIM slots. Called the Desire V, the new phone is set up like the entry-level Desire C, but with a larger 4-inch screen with a better 480 x 800 resolution, and of course, the aforementioned dual-SIM slots.
