Dr Dre teams up with LeBron James for new PowerBeats sport in ears   PowerBeats by DrDre a

It’s not clear exactly how involved new Miami Heat player LeBron James was with the design process. Whether he suggested adding the ear hooks or he’s simply adding his name to help with the celebrity spin isn’t in the details, but this new in-ear kit, called the PowerBeats from Monster’s Beats by Dr. Dre line, looks every bit as awesome as the Miami Heat’s 2010 season lineup.

High end cans for Red Sox fans: Monster Cable outs Beats Studio   Red Sox Edition   Beats Studio Red Sox EditionMonster Cable, the company behind the Beats line of headphones have partnered up with Major League Baseball team Boston Red Sox to come out with this set, the Beats by Dr. Dre Studio Red Sox Edition. It’s comes with basically the same set of features that you can get with the original Beats by Dr. Dre Studio headphones, but with a Red Sox-inspired design, a longer name, and the potential to catch either admiration or scorn from the people that see you wearing it, depending on where you’re based. (Tip: rocking this set around Fenway park should get you some home-team love. On the other hand, Denver Colorado probably isn’t the best—or safest—place to wear these. It’s going to take some time before Rockies fans wash away the stink from that 4-0 World Series sweep.)

Monster’s new Diddybeats in ears: All things Diddy for $179   Monster Diddybeats

Weeks after announcing the Lady Gaga-influenced Heartbeats in-ears, Monster Cable pulled Sean “used-to-be-called-“Puff-Daddy-but-decided-to-stick-with-just-Diddy” Combs from out of a hat and designed new in-ears called the Diddybeats around him under the Beats by Dr.Dre brand.
