It looks like April 8 is going to be a big day for the Windows Phone movement. Shortly after confirming the launch of the Nokia Lumia 900 on April 8, AT&T announced that they’re going to launch their other LTE Windows Phone, the HTC Titan II, on the same day.
AT&T has finally confirmed launch details for the Nokia Lumia 900. True to the rumors, it’s going to go on sale on April 8 for only $100 with a contract, which makes it one of the cheapest LTE phones you can buy. Actually, you can forget about it being an affordable LTE phone. For a hundred bucks, the Lumia 900 is arguably the best deal you can get if you’re shopping for a premium modern smartphone.
A tipster just posted the benchmark scores of the HTC One X on the Android Central forums, showing what could possibly the best-performing Android device so far. The comparison chart includes a wide selection of Android devices, ranging from smartphones such as Samsung’s Galaxy Nexus to tablets like the Galaxy Tab and Asus Transformer Prime, but the table shows that the HTC One X can handily smoke them all.
The recent tip that AT&T might be releasing the Nokia Lumia 900 on April 8th is getting some serious traction. Various sources from AT&T store employees have tipped the same dates to WPCentral, mentioning that the carrier plans to make the premium Windows Phone available online starting April 8, and in stores on April 9th.

If you were waiting for AT&T to release Nokia’s Lumia 900 sometime this month (March 18th, to be exact), it looks like you’re going to have to wait a little more. A source has told BGR that the phone ran into setbacks (lack of technical approval) and could be delayed a month. The source did mention a date though, so expect to see this one out through online and retail stores on April 22nd.
