If you caught Samsung’s Super Bowl ad and got excited by Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy Note, then here’s your chance to be one of the first to rock it in North America. The Galaxy Note is now up for pre-orders through AT&T and Best Buy stores for $299 with a two-year contract in the US, and is set to start shipping on Saturday, February 19th.

AT&T will start rolling out Huawei’s Android-based MediaPad tablet tomorrow, February 3. Exciting news for you if you were waiting for this baby to ship (on AT&T, specifically), but unless you have a business account, you’re going to be left out on this one. AT&T will only be offering the MediaPad to enterprise users, with pricing depending on the business account.
Samsung and AT&T finally gave out the US launch details for the Galaxy Note: it’s going to be out on AT&T for $300 on a contract. It’s a bit expensive – especially when you can pick up a Verizon-powered Galaxy Nexus for $99 from Amazon – but this thing’s packed with a lot of good bits.
A previously-unknown Sony Ericsson smartphone has just been spotted as details popped up at the Bluetooth SIG site listed only by its LT28at product code (which means that it’s headed for AT&T). The listing doesn’t include images of the phone itself, but it did reveal some interesting high-end details that include a 4.55-inch Reality display with a 720 x 1280 resolution, LTE support, and a premium 13MP back-illuminated camera sensor with an LED flash and 720 front-facing cam.

As promised, the LG Nitro HD, AT&T’s first smartphone to rock a 720p display, is now out on AT&T. Basically the carrier’s version of LG’s Optimus HD, the premium phone is highlighted by a 4.5-inch 720p HD screen, a 1.5GHz dual-core processor and 4G LTE connectivity, and costs $249 on a contract or $599.99 contract-free.
