Epson has just launched the PictureMate Show PM 300—a compact photo printer that also comes with a 7-inch LCD display up front that can display photo slideshows. Designed with Epson’s “lunchbox”-looking form factor, the PM 300 is able to churn out standard-sized 4×6 photo prints and comes with its own 270MB internal memory for storing photos.

Epson has just introduced two new photo all-in-ones, the Artisan 810 and Artisan 710. Both all-in-ones feature fast, premium-quality photo prints, built-in Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity, wireless printing from an Apple iPhone, and a number of other useful applications.

Nobody really wants to spend on a printer these days, unless they’re photography and graphics enthusiasts. Canon probably realizes this, because the company has released two Pixma all-in-one printers and one Selphy compact photo printer at prices that won’t break the bank.

Xerox’s WorkCentre 3210 and 3220 monochrome multifunction printers have prices at $399 and $449 respectively, and yet have features typically found in higher-priced models. These compact machines that print, copy, scan and fax are targeted towards small and medium businesses on a budget that work with a lot of plain text documents.
