A video allegedly showing the next iPhone’s front panel got posted on Japanese site Macotakara. While it’s a pretty short clip that goes without any factual details, it’s still pretty telling. Mostly because it coincides with the longer iPhone screen from these earlier leaked photos. Check out the video after the break.
The video shows a front panel that mostly resembles the older iPhone’s front, with the same width and what looks to be the same glossy black finish. It’s notably longer though, with the screen stretching out to the point where the existing iPhone’s frame ends. Similar to the earlier leaks, the clip also shows a repositioned front camera, now positioned dead center above the earpiece.
Previous rumors detail the next iPhone with a longer screen that stretches out to 3.999 inches diagonally, sporting a resolution of 1136 x 640 to match the current Retina Display’s pixel density. Other expected details include a smaller dock connector and a metal back.
