A leaked shot and image posted at Notebook Italia has revealed what Asus might be unveiling at CES: a 7-inch tablet that could be called the Eee Memo Pad (or the “Eee Pad Memo”, depending on how you read the translation). The leaked details show a compact slate with a premium spec that includes a 7-inch, 1280 x 800 screen and a dual-core Snapdragon processor.
Other details include storage options that range between 16GB to 64GB, as well as an optional 3G modem and 3D display. The device is shown to be running on Android 3.2, but it could either get a quick upgrade to Android 4.0, or arrive preinstalled with Android 4.0, depending on when it starts shipping.
The tablet is expected to be unveiled at CES next week.
