HTC Titan to land at AT&T on November 20 htc titanAT&T has posted its launch plans for the HTC Titan on its Facebook page, basically announcing that the premium Windows Phone device will be available on November 20th for $200 on a contract (with a minimum $15/month data plan).

Once released, the phone will debut with the largest screen in AT&T’s smartphone portfolio, rocking a 4.7-inch screen that explains the phone’s name. It’s not all about the big screen though; while it doesn’t have a spec that one would consider “cutting edge,” the phone’s spec is good enough for running the Windows Phone 7.5 OS smoothly. The Titan runs on a 1.5GHz single-core Snapdragon processor, 512MB of RAM, 16GB of integrated storage, and support for 14.4Mbps HSPA 3G.

The Titan also sports an eight-megapixel cam at the back that’s touted to be capable of awesome quality stills, and a 1.3MP cam up front for video calling. The screen quality could be a possible downside though. Despite the huge screen, it only features a rather “average” resolution of 480 x 800.
