Samsung’s teases “Something Big” for Unpacked Event at IFA 2011

Apparently, Samsung has “something big” up their sleeves. Proof? Well, here’s solid evidence: a teaser video for Samsung’s upcoming Unpacked II event to be held at IFA 2011. The video, which is actually the second in the teaser series but the first to be officially released, doesn’t show exactly what it is they’re up to though. called “Sketches of Your Desire,” the clip is an artsy beach scene with slow motion hair-blowing action that ends with the words “Something Big is Coming.”

It’s not as obvious as the set of teasers they did for their first Mobile Unpacked event at CTIA (where they pulled out the slim new Galaxy Tabs) when they used the tagline “What’s Your Tab Life?” .

So what could be the “big” thing this time? It could be the official coming-out party for their updated Galaxy S II phones, such as the Hercules that’s been making the rumor rounds. The “big” thing on that? A relatively huge 4.5-inch screen and fast 42Mbps HSPA+ support.

IFA 2011 will be held on September 1st in Berlin, but Samsung has a Galaxy S II event in the US set for August 29th.

The video below is marked as the first in the “Something Big” series, but was leaked and never officially released.
