Motorola looks all set to launch a couple of headlining devices next month. According to Moto’s Q4 earnings call, both the ATRIX 4G phone and the XOOM tablet will launch by the end of February. In case these devices haven’t been big on your gadget radars, here’s what Moto’s going to be serving up in a month: The ATRIX 4G is an Android-based phone that packs a 4.3-inch, high-res 540 x 960 display, a dual-core Tegra 2 processor, and comes with an optional dock that turns it into a compact notebook. The XOOM is an Android Honeycomb tablet that rocks a 10.1-inch screen and the same Tegra 2 processor that gives it full HD playback capabilities. [via BGR]
