Dell drops the Adamo’s price (again!) to $799
Notebooks - Monday, January 17th, 2011
The Adamo’s price just dropped again? It’s beginning to look like they really want to clear out a lot of warehouse space. Not that we’re complaining—it’s not like we’re going to bash an affordable ultraportable, even if the spec’s beginning to grow old.
Anyway, here’s the new deal: the Dell Adamo 13 is now selling for $799, a full $100 off from the last time they dropped the price from $1,099 to $899, and a full $500 less than Apple’s cheapest Macbook Air. That gets you a Macbook Air-sized notebook that packs a CULV 1.4GHz Core 2 Duo processor, 2GBs of DDR3 memory and Windows 7 64-bit OS. That’s a pretty good deal for a slim and stylish ultraportable.
