Is this a weird posting accident, or just a Photoshop job gone wrong? Sprint’s Palm Pixi promo page is currently showing what’s supposed to be the Palm Pixi, but it’s a little different. The main image shows a phone that looks like the existing Pixi, but with slightly different features.
This one shows a front camera and sensor up top, as well as a wallpaper and keyboard that’s different from the rest of the gallery shots. Is this the Pixi 2, or just a different render of the existing Pixi? We’re aware (thanks to a leak) that Palm’s working on a new webOS 2.0-based phone that they’ve described as “the smallest smartphone ever,” so maybe this is it. Or not. For all we know, it could just be a botched render that somehow made it to sprint’s marketing department. [via Ubergizmo]
