Rumor: Palm Pixi 2 could be out next month
Mobile Phones - Thursday, December 16th, 2010
According to a report from PreCentral, Palm is working on putting out a new smartphone—most likely based on webOS 2.0—as soon as next month. The details are still a little slim, but according to an HP All Employee Broadcast, HP VP Todd Bradley mentioned the company launching “the smallest smartphone ever available” on SFR in France next month. That’s all there is to go on right now, but this supposedly small smartphone is expected to be the Palm Pixi 2. In any case, get ready for a flood of new Palm-branded phones next year. Bradley also mentioned that they’ll be stepping up their phone releases in 2011, to the tune of “a new smartphone every two months.”
