We first saw a video of the Playstation Phone (or the “Zeus”) earlier this week, but seriously, no one really got anything from the “spy” footage. Seriously, it could have been any black Android phone for the footage was worth, since the main feature (i.e. the slide-out game controls that make the device remarkable) never came into view. But this one makes up for it. The clear hands-on gives us a clear view of what it’s all about, showing the phone that was first snapped up in a leak back in October. Video after the break.
So what do we have here? It shows a Sony Ericsson-branded phone that runs on Android Gingerbread. We also get a good long look at the slide-out gaming controls and touchpad this time around, which got us pretty excited. The system info also confirms the Zeus name, but the hands-on didn’t go any further into any software or games. [via Engadget]
