Sharp has introduced a pair of Android 2.2-running phones that feature the company’s 3D Glassless technology in Japan called the Galapagos 003SH and 005SH. Probably not something you can get outside of the country but they’re set up to be pretty awesome nonetheless. Both feature 3.8-inch multitouch screens with a WVGA (800 x 480) resolution, 1GHz Snapdragon processors, Wi-fi, GPS and 720p video recording.
The 003SH (shown above) will pack 400MBs of internal memory and a 9.6MP camera with autofocus and 3D image capture capabilities, while the 005SH sports a lesser (but still high-end) 8MP cam, but adds a larger 512MB memory and a slide-out keyboard.
The highlight is, of course, the screen that’ll let you see things in 3D without having to don a pair of (possibly) goofy-looking glasses. And just so you get to enjoy that feature from right out of the box, the phones will also include 7 3D movies and games, including Shreck, and Konami’s Mobile Baseball game. [Via Akihabara]
