Well that’s spoils it. At least for the people who were really excited to hear about a sequel to the Nexus One. Anyway, Samsung just denied last week’s reports that had them building a “Nexus Two” for Google. According to those leaks, Samsung already had a working Nexus Two (also known as the “Nexus S”) that looked like a Galaxy S, and that they were about to launch it on November 8. They still have an event set for November 8 though, and since there won’t be a Nexus Two (at least not from them), Samsung is expected to launch the dual-screened Continuum instead. Not really a loss, since the Continuum looks sweet. A phone with a secondary screen that lights up when you pick it up? Definitely interesting.
