It doesn’t look like anything you’ve seen before, but it’s actually something people use everyday. This is the Asus WX-DL, a wireless laser mouse dreamt up by Asus designer David Lewis (which explains the ‘DL’ part of its name). Besides the unconventional—but awesome, nevertheless—looks, the mouse comes with a Magic Mouse-like touch sensitive surface that recognizes multi-touch gestures (like four-way scrolling), plus a multimedia remote that puts the wireless connection to good use.
As for the mouse itself, it’s not just about the looks. The cool aluminum frame packs a pretty capable 1200dpi laser sensor and a fast 2.4GHz wireless connection.
Compatible with Windows PCs, the WX-DL mouse retails for $80.
