Leak: Photos of 4th-gen iPod touch show front-end cam
Portable Media Players - Friday, August 6th, 2010
An iPhone parts supplier leaked a few photos of the upcoming iPod touch’s front panel that show a telling hole that supports the rumor that it’ll have two cameras. Not that anyone ever thought otherwise. Ever since the iPhone 4 rolled out with two cams and the FaceTime feature, we’d be shocked if the iPod touch didn’t include the feature.
The images show a small, lens-sized hole on the opposite end of where the home button goes, as well as cables that are marked with Apple (C) 2010. Apple’s new iPod line is expected to launch in September.
