We really don’t get why the phones have to be renamed once they get sold on a network, but the Samsung Galaxy S gets another one. According to a leak, T-Mobile will be launching it as the “Vibrant,” days after we heard that AT&T’s launching it as the “Captivate.”
It’s still pretty much the same awesome Android 2.1-based Galaxy S that rocks a 4-inch Super AMOLED display, 1GHz processor and 5MP cam, but the leak gives out a few more specifics on the software side of things.
According to the Cell Phone Signal report, the Vibrant is expected to be launched on July 21st, and will come preinstalled with The Sims 3 game, Avatar (we’re not sure if it’s the movie or mobile game), and Amazon Kindle apps to go along with GoGo in-flight internet support and HD camcorder software.
