Leak spots three 10 inch Asus netbooks: Eee PC 1015P, 1016P, and 1018P asus eeepc1018pThree upcoming 10-inch EeePC netbooks from Asus have been leaked, showing sleek profiles and relatively (for a netbook) high-end designs. Expected to be unveiled during the CeBIT show in Germany next week, the leak from BlogEee gives details on the Eee PC 1015P, 1016P, and the top-end 1018P.

The 1018P is reported to be covered in a brushed-aluminum shell that measures only 18mm (0.7 inches) thick, along with the distinction of being one of the first netbooks to come with the newer, faster USB 3.0 interface. Full specs aren’t available, but the few details that are available draws up a netbook that’s way above the average standard, with a chiclet-style keyboard, a larger-than-average touchpad, a fingerprint reader for security, and a battery life that’s listed to last up to 10 hours.

Photos for the Eee PC 1016P aren’t available, but details outline a business-oriented model that includes a chiclet keyboard, aluminum body, and a longer 14-hour battery life. The last model described in the slip is the Eee PC 1015P, which basically looks like the Eee PC 1005P, but with updated exterior details that include a larger touchpad, an aluminum chassis, and a longer 14 hour (listed) battery life.

The awesome battery life means that they’re most probably going to run on Intel’s 1.66GHz Atom N platforms, but we should know more when CeBIT rolls around next week.
