If you’re serious about your gaming, then you probably already have a sweet setup, with a fast machine, and gaming-grade peripherals that includes a high-end keyboard and a laser mouse. Here’s where Razer’s Vespula mat comes in, with two types of surfaces designed for either speed or accuracy.
The Vespula kit comes with two surfaces that you can shift and use, called “speed” and “control” for obvious results. You use the speed surface for fast-paced action, and the control surface for ultra-precise movements. Aside from the dual-sided mat, it’s pretty much standard—if every standard mousepad looked as awesome—with a hard platform to keep the surface flat, and a soft, gel-filled wrist rest for comfort to keep you gaming on for hours.
It’s a bit pricey at $35 though, but that’s if you’re really serious about your gaming.
