Kingmax intros Hercules DDR3 memory for overclockers Kingmax Hercules

Memory maker Kingmax has just announced a new line of DDR3 OverClocking memory modules designed for gamers and enthusiasts. Named after the Greek hero (obviously), the Hercules DDR3 2200 modules boasts 2200MHz clock speeds and a 17.6Gb/s bandwidth for extreme performance.

Designed specifically for Intel’s Core i7 platform and Intel P55 chipset, the Hercules OverClocking module supports Intel’s XMP (Extreme Memory Profiles) that allow users to push performance. For more stability during overclocking tasks, the memory module features a PCB design and built-in heat sink that helps dissipate heat.

The new OverClocking series come in either 1GB or 2GB sticks, with options for 2200, 2000, and 1600MHz frequencies.
