PQI Cool Drive U366We’ve seen a lot of external hard drives that boast support for the newer, faster USB 3.0 interface come out lately, but surprisingly not a lot of flash drives (yet). Memory maker PQI is looking to be one of the first by announcing the Cool Drive U366, a flash drive that supports the USB 3.0 interface and a capacity that tops out at 64GB. Full specs and prices aren’t available yet, but PQI lists the U366 to be available in 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB capacities.

Concord Easy Shot Clip

After pocket-sized camcorders made a splash at last year’s CES show, Concord Keystone has announced that they’ll be unveiling a smaller-than-pocket-sized digital video camcorder at the next one called the Easy Shot Clip. At 2-inches long, it’s also being described as the smallest and cheapest digital camcorder, although capture quality at this size is something to be seen. (more…)

Garmin Oregon 450

Garmin will be ending the year with two new compact GPS mappers designed for rugged use. Tagged as the Oregon 450 and 450t, the two new GPS devices feature a 3-inch touchscreen display that’s listed to be able to display clear, high color, high-res images under direct sunlight, and a shell that’s built to withstand the elements and rough handling.

MS Wind Box DE220

MSI has announced that they will be showing off several new desktops on the CES showroom floor in January. Three models have been announced: the Wind Top AP1920, an All-in-one PC built around an 18.5-inch touchscreen display, and two Wind Box Mini PCs, the DE220 and DC500.

RoyalTek RPJ-2000RoyalTek has introduced the RPJ-2000, a tiny portable projector that measures 4.64 inches long and less than an inch thick, but is able to come up with a 65-inch image. It’s powered by a built-in 1200mAh battery and is equipped with a 14lm LED bulb that’s rated for up to 20,000 hours. Certified for use with Apple’s iPods and iPhones (with an add-on $43 adapter), the RPJ-2000 can also connect to the usual devices such as laptops and set-top boxes with Video input and VGA ports. Despite the size, it still offers the basics, with an on-screen display function, a manual focus wheel, and an integrated 0.5W stereo speaker. The RPJ-2000 is priced at $315.
