B&O has introduced an upsized model for their existing BeoVision 7 line with a 55-incher. Currently the largest-sized screen along the line, the new BeoVision 7-55 has been updated with a faster 120Hz refresh rate, motion compensation, and a new LED backlight with progressive scanning.
The large LCD TV also makes for a full entertainment system on its own, coming with a built-in Blu-ray player and digital surround sound for powering a pair of three-way speakers and six integrated 125W ICEpower amps. B&O also adds a motorized stand that allows for turning the set around using the remote.
The new BeoVision 7 should be available later this month for a whopping $18,700. The package includes the motorized stand and center speaker.
