Isabella Product’s new digital photo frame, the Vizit, separates itself from hundreds of other frames by offering an always-on internet connection and a 10.6-inch touchscreen.

The connection comes by way of a cellular network though (GPRS/GSM instead of Wi-fi), allowing users to instantly send photos to the frame from a camera phone or websites through the Vizit website. It’s a fresh new way to go through loading up a photo-show instead of reading plugged-in external sources such as media cards or USB drives, although the Vizit still comes with a USB port and SD card slot for doing things the conventional way.

Featuring a relatively large 10.4-inch LED-backlit screen, the Vizit is built with a hinged stand that allows it to mount on the wall or placed on a desktop. It’s fully operated through a simple touch-based on-screen interface, and automatically scales photos to fit best on the 800×600 display.

The Vizit is expected to ship early next year.
