Moto Aura updated with gold-and-diamond edition
Mobile Phones - Tuesday, October 27th, 2009

Earlier this year, Motorola announced a luxury phone called the Aura, which was designed and built to give off a pretty plush air with a solid build and top-notch materials. It seems like those qualities weren’t plush enough though; Motorola has just announced an even more luxurious version called the Diamond Edition.
So what’s new? Nothing by way of tech—it’s still a comparatively basic phone that had quad-band GSM connectivity, a basic 2MP cam and 2GBs of storage—the upgrade is all on the outside, with 34 diamonds and an 18-carat gold plated shell. Thirty of the stones will line the ring around the circular display, while four more are placed on the D-pad.
The price of exclusivity amounts to 3800 Euros.
