T-Mobile has just announced that they’ll be releasing their first Android-powered Samsung smartphone, the Behold II. It’s a touchscreen smartphone that features all the goodies that the Android platform offers, including Google’s suite of online and mobile apps, and the Android Market for adding even more on-the-go.
The Behold II features a bright 3.2-inch AMOLED screen, which works well with Samsung’s widget-based TouchWiz interface. It also comes with a 5MP autofocus cam with LED flash, plus support for T-Mobile’s 3G data network, GPS and Wi-fi connectivity. Storage is available by way of a microSD card slot, which is able to support up to 16GB cards.

No word on pricing or official release dates yet, but it’s expected to ship before the year ends.
