ViewSonic has introduced two new devices for the traveling presenter to pack. The first is the PJD2121, a very compact DLP projector (8 x 4.75 x 2.5 inch, 2 pounds), and the WPG-350 Wireless Presentation Gateway, which acts as a wireless bridge between the projector and the source.
The PJD2121 projector features ViewSonic’s BrilliantColor tech for enhanced color and sharpness for graphics and videos, and an Off-to-Go feature that lets you pack it without waiting for the usual cool-down. Off-to-Go protects the bulb from sudden power loss and allows for quick packing by simply unplugging the projector after the presentation. It’s also a short-throw projector that displays a 60-inch projected image from just four feet away for working small rooms, and supports HD signals that include 720p and 1080i resolutions.

The WPG-350 Wireless Presentation Gateway will let you work large rooms without cable clutter by connecting to the projector via a VGA cable and connecting to the gateway via Wi-fi 802.11 b/g/n. It can support up to four presenters simultaneously, supports data and video streaming with up to 1024 x 768 resolutions, and features WPS protection.
Both devices are now available, and are priced at $449 for the projector and $199 for the WPG-350.
