Epson has just introduced two new photo all-in-ones, the Artisan 810 and Artisan 710. Both all-in-ones feature fast, premium-quality photo prints, built-in Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity, wireless printing from an Apple iPhone, and a number of other useful applications.
The Artisan 710 and 810 also offer full-featured scanning and copying, standalone printing capabilities for printing without a computer, automatic double-sided printing to save on paper, and an Automatic Photo Correction feature that improves poorly exposed images. Aside from being able to connect to an iPhone, an easily accessible USB port is also available for connecting and charging portable devices such as mobile phones and MP3 players.
The flagship Artisan 810 adds a color fax and automated document feeder, a 7.8-inch smart touch panel, and a large 3.5-inch color LCD that lights up only the buttons needed, while the Artisan 710 has a more conventional control panel with a smaller 2.5-inch LCD.
The Artisan 810 is priced at $300, while the more basic 710 retails for $180. Both all-in-ones are are currently available.
