Active Media Products, manufacturer of the WWF-themed Penguin and Panda drives, as well as the first 2GB “Obama Drive”, has just announced that they’ve upgraded the Obama Drive with a new 8GB version. What do you get besides the President’s mug printed on the drive’s exterior? More than double the original’s preloaded Obama content. That’s around 80MBs’ worth of everything Obama.
The Obama goodies include mp3 files of the president’s landmark speeches and the inaugural address, high-resolution photos of the President and the First Lady, text of more than 35 speeches made by Obama from 2002 (including Senate addresses, campaign trail speeches, presidential addresses, and college commencement addresses) in PDF format.
The package also includes a smiling rubber Obama charm that goes with the slim Chip on Board USB 2.0 drive. The 8GB 200x Obama drive retails for $29.95, while the original 2GB 150x drive is selling for $9.95.
