Kingston set to release first 12GB DDR3 1600Mhz memory kit

Kingston has just announced plans to release the world’s first 12GB DDR3 1600MHz triple-channel memory kits under their HyperX brand of performance memory for enthusiasts. Packaged in three 4GB modules, these kits are designed for Intel’s Core i7 systems and X58 platforms.
Set to ship by the end of July 2009, the 12GB kit is the largest available kit under Kingston’s HyperX line of triple channel memory solutions. Other packages are available in 3GB and 6GB capacities, with frequencies that run up to 2000MHz for those who demand the best performance. Kingston’s HyperX memory is backed by a lifetime warranty.
