Wireless and networking equipment manufacturer AirLive has just released a new wireless 11n router called the WN-300R. Capable of reaching wireless transfer speeds of 300Mbps through the 802.11n standard, the compact router sports two detachable antennas and supports MIMO and XR technology for better coverage and range, and is compatible with Turbo G devices for performance that’s 50% faster than the normal 802.11g standard.
Capable of several operating modes that includes AP, Bridge, and Repeater functions, the plug and play WN-300R router features a compact body for easy deployment in tight spaces while still offering the usual 4 wired LAN ports for connecting more devices to the network. It also offers a wide range of security protocols, including WPS push button, multiple SSID, SSID Isolation, Port Triggering and SPI Firewall, and features QoS and a Bandwidth Manager for performance.
The AirLive WN-300R looks to be relatively affordable for its listed features, bearing an MSRP of $69 before taxes.
