Acer’s Veriton X270 business desktop is now available in the US, offering data security and high performance. This PC allows for remote computer reboots, diagnosis and repair, large file backups and interface password protection. Acer’s Empowering Technology management suite also enhances system performance and has a user-friendly interface for system tweaks, ensuring your data is safe and sound.

The Veriton X270 is powered by an Intel Core 2 Duo processor, Nvidia GeForce 7100 graphics, with PureVideo HD technology, up to 4GB of SDRAM and a Serial ATA hard drive with space up to 500GB. Gigabit LAN, two PCI Express slots (x 16 and x1) and two PCI 2.3 slots, a Super Multi DVD drive, an HDMI port, nine USB 2.0 ports, Windows Vista Business, and a 60-day trial version of Microsoft Office Professional 2007 are also part of the package. Other spec options are available as well.

This desktop comes with a standard one year limited warranty with limited on-site service. Price starts at $399.
