T-Mobile’s webConnect USB Laptop Stick primarily functions as an HSDPA/3G modem to keep you connected to T-Mobile’s data network to give you internet-on-the-go (as long as you’re in range). It’s pretty handy to keep around wherever you may be, by doubling as a Wi-fi receiver for faster connection speeds through thousands of T-Mobile HotSpots.

The USB Laptop Stick also sports a memory card slot that allows you to add up to 8GBs of storage to it, turning the USB device into a flash drive, and a fold-away USB plug to keep it compact. The device supports computers running on Windows XP and Vista, with Mac support coming soon.

It’s available now for $249.99, or through T-Mobile’s 5GB-per-month data plan for $49.
