Fujifilm has updated the FinePix S100 camera with the Finepix S1500fd. Falling in that gray area between point-and-shoots and digital SLRs, this compact, 10-megapixel camera hides a whopping 12x optical zoom that covers a 33-396mm focal range.

Fujifilm has launched a very from-the-Jetson’s-like digital camera called the Finepix Z30 that the company says is geared towards the “younger, tech-savvy and fashion-conscious consumer”. Fujifilm decided to start summer early with the Finepix Z33WP. Weighing around 110 grams and measuring just 3.6 x 2.3 x 0.8 inches (w x h x d), it’s currently – as Fujifilm claims – the world’s lightest and smallest waterproof digital camera.

It’s not out of the factory yet, but Sony Ericsson has decided to give the world a peek into what they have in the works for the mysteriously codenamed Idou phone. According to the official Idou site, it’s going to be a slim candybar with a full touch menu and massive entertainment features.
