Transcend’s 2.5-inch SATA II SSD packs in 192GB of space

Companies seem to be racing to put more and more space into SSDs (Solid State Drives) these days, and Transcend’s most recent contender is its high-speed, 2.5-inch SATA II SSD. Packing 192GB of space, this SSD delivers fast transfer rates with write speeds that go up to 150MB/90MB per second.
This SSD guards data against heat, shock, or vibration with its NAND flash memory that rightly lacks moving parts. It also features Error Correction Code technology for accurate data transfer. It will be available in SATA and IDE interfaces (for both notebooks and computers), with storage capacities that start from 8GB ($152) all the way up to 192GB ($614).
