Super Talent releases SSD upgrades for Asus S101 Eee PC
Memory maker Super Talent recently announced the availability of SSD storage upgrades for the Windows model of Asus’ highly popular Eee PC S101. With the S101 packed with only 16GB of built-in storage, Super Talent offers three new solid state drive sizes to add to the netbook’s storage capacity.
The upgrades are available in 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB capacities, all with a SATA interface and rated to run on 90MB/sec max sequential read speeds and up to 55 MB/sec write speeds.
All three upgrade options are shipping now, with the 64GB model selling for around $169.
